Terms of Payment
Elle-Elle AB (556737-6677) is the supplier or retailer of services marketed on this website. Vat of 25% is included in all prices. No additional costs will be applied except those that are presented in your cart. When Paying with Visa/MasterCard or American Express there are no additional charges applied.
Freight
All shipments have a fixed cost of Sek 29,00. No additional costs will apply for shipping nor for those customers that subscribe to our products and receives shipments on a regular basis. Shipments are sent bySwedish Postal Service (Posten AB) to our customers. Products with a high value are always sent to the closest pick up point to ensure secure delivery.
Order Confirmation
When we have received your order, a confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail describing your order. Keep track of your order number when communicating with Elle-Elle. Make sure to check your confirmation – if there is anything you suspect is wrong contact the Elle-Elle staff at info@elle-elle.se
Time of Delivery
Normal time of delivery is 2-4 days from the date the order is received and payment is made via credit card. Some products can, during busy seasons such as Christmas have longer delivery times yet all customers are notified by e-mail if this occurs.
Confidentiallity
All personal information entered by customers or individuals that want to receive newsletters – will not be sold to third parties or in any other way be misused. By entering personal information via our website the individual agrees that Elle-Elle can store the information given in order to support the customer when buying our products.

Actions outside our control
Elle-Elle is not responsible for any actions/events outside our control when booking hotels. All hotel & club arrangements are between customers & the service provider.
